For Ontario IPRA Sanctioned events: Entries for the events listed under Event Listings will be accepted by phone, email and text. Entry dates are on Mondays, two weeks before the event, unless otherwise posted. All callbacks will be the following Wednesday and will also be posted below under Callbacks.
HOW TO TURNOUT
If you need to turnout of any event, for any reason, you must call or text the entry line at 905-432-5980 at least 1 hour prior to when you are entered to notify the secretary. All unnotified turnouts will be subject to fines as set out in the rulebook.
ENTRY BY PHONE
Call the entry line at 905-432-5980 during designated call-in times as listed under Event Listings. You must be a registered member of a rodeo association in good standing to make your own entries. Please have your membership number available. If you are not a member or are not in good standing, you must have another member make your entries. If you would like to run on a permit (as a local), please call the entry office during scheduled times.
ENTRY BY E-MAIL
For your convenience, entries may be e-mailed to email@example.com on the entry date or the weekend prior to the entry date. (Please do not send your entry too early or it may get lost in the tons of e-mails we receive daily!)
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail back that your entry was received prior to the end of the entry date, please call in your entry.
Please include the following information: Rodeo Name, Full Name, Membership No., Phone No., Events entering, and Performance perferences.
ENTRY BY TEXT
For your convenience, entries may be sent by text to 905-432-5980 on the entry date.

Please note that BREAKAWAY ROPING is a ladies event only as per the IPRA rulebook (first sanctioning body).

Note: All finalists must have their 2017 IPRA membership. Qualification for this finals. Open to the top 10 in the standard events; top 5 in the junior events and top 3 in the novice events. You had to compete in a minimum of 3 rodeos in Canada and be in the top 10 in each event in the Canadian Standings. Later positions to 20 are encouraged to call-in (with 11-20 being put on a waiting list). 2 Go rounds. Jackets to all finalists. Montana Silversmiths buckles to Final & Year-end Winners. A jerkdown in Tie-down Roping will be an automatic disqualification.
Money won will count towards 2017 IPRA World Standings.

For Ontario IPRA Sanctioned events: Please note that all efforts are taken to accomodate contestants with their preference. All positions are random and unless changed after callbacks, will be the running order at the event (with the exception of barrel racing which is drawn by a judge at the event). Please remember that trade-outs are an option. If there are any questions or concerns or if you need to draw out of the rodeo, please contact the entry line at 905-432-5980 so that we may make any changes before the event. You must make callbacks during the scheduled callback times. If you do not request any changes during this time, you may not be accommodated.
